Hi, I recently build a pc with an i9 12900k, Rtx 3080 with RGB 10 fans and 2 LIAN LI strimmers with a psu of 850w. When i try to boot up, all of them work except my gpu the fans are not spinning but has rgb. PLEASE help!!

Have you tried running GPU intensive programs to see if the fan spins? Some GPU has zero fan movement when its under low load. That might be 1 of the reason it is not spinning.
