ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled the latest ROG Phone 7 series of gaming smartphones at its virtual launch event, For Those Who Dare. The series includes the ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate models, which combine the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform with the GameCool 7 thermal system and ROG tuning for a powerful mobile gaming experience. The new rapid-cycle vapor chamber design increases heat dissipation efficiency by up to 168%, allowing the phone to run games at full speed while maintaining low temperatures.
Enhanced Audio and Display
The ROG Phone 7 series features a 50% increase in speaker volume and a 2.1-channel sound system when the AeroActive Cooler 7 accessory is attached. The Samsung AMOLED display has a peak brightness of 1,500 nits and a 165 Hz refresh rate for superb visuals. The phone also includes AI-generated in-game effects, customizable AirTrigger haptic buttons, and continuous game-setting updates by the ROG Gaming team.
