Wizmax Showcases Top Case Models and High-Wattage PSU at 2023 Computex

Wizmax cases were impossible to miss at the 2023 Computex with their signature upward positioned front air vent. The company showcased four of their top case models, along with a new high-wattage ATX 3.0 PSU.

Case Models

GX-3 Chang and GM-3 Moon

The GX-3 Chang and GM-3 Moon are characterized by their distinct front-panel design that looks like a Chinese room divider pattern from the mid-19th century. The GX3-Chang measures 518 mm x 250 mm x 585 mm and features a horizontally-partitioned layout. Its width opens up plenty of height for the CPU cooler and graphics card, of 18 cm, while you can use a graphics card up to 46 cm in length. The top- and front-panels each give you enough room for a radiator as big as 420 x 140. Besides eight conventional add-on card slots, you get three vertical ones. The GM3-Moon is a more compact mid-tower, measuring 485 mm x 225 mm x 392 mm, which opens up room for up to 34 cm long graphics cards and up to 17.5 cm tall CPU coolers. You can mount a 360 x 120 radiator along the front-panel and a radiator as large as 280 x 140 along the top panel.

GM1 Transform

The GM1 Transform has a design novelty where its front-panel cover slides sideways to reveal a mesh intake. This mid-tower gives you room for graphics cards up to 35.5 cm in length and CPU coolers up to 16 cm in height, and no vertical slots. It comes in white and black color options.

EM1 Woofer and EM2 Stereo

The EM1 Woofer and EM2 Stereo resemble what they're named after and come with interesting design quirks. The EM1 Woofer is a Micro-ATX tower with one visible 120 mm fan intake and a discrete one (with its intake at the bottom). You can mount a 240 x 120 radiator along this side-panel. The case gives you room for graphics cards up to 32 cm in length and CPU coolers up to 16 cm in height. The case measures 434 mm x 210 mm x 373 mm. The EM2 Stereo is an ATX mid-tower with essentially the same design, but two exposed front intakes, a concealed one, the ability to mount 360 x 120 radiators along the front panel, and vertical add-on card slots.

GX2-Neuron Mesh

The GX2-Neuron Mesh has a distinctive large hexagonal inner mesh besides the finer outer one, which gives it the appearance of a neural network, with those hexagons giving the appearance of axons, under the glow of its inner front-panel fans. An interesting functional design element with this case is its bulge along the left side-panel, which Wizmax calls Sideways VGA Cooling Function. This contains room for two 120 mm fans, which can either blow fresh air onto your graphics card or provide zonal ventilation. The case measures 515 mm x 239 mm x 475 mm. You get room for graphics cards up to 39.5 cm in length and CPU coolers up to 16.5 cm in height. You can mount radiators as large as 360 mm along the front- and top panels.

PSU

Wizmax segments its PSUs after the 80 Plus ratings system, and this Computex, they showed off the Wizmax Titanium which is their first, well, 80 Plus Titanium-rated PSU. The company didn't show us the exact wattage of the model on display, but it's expected to be rather high (1300 W, if not more). This is because the PSU puts out two 16-pin 12VHPWR connectors, each capable of 600 W continuous, besides nearly a dozen 6+2 pin PCIe power. You get nearly all segment features, including a 140 mm fluid-dynamic bearing fan with zero RPM mode up to 30% load, DC to DC switching, active PFC, and most common electrical protections, including an easy to reset AC surge protection.
